Restricted Jurisdictions

For the purposes of the Endl Services, including account opening, use of virtual accounts, stablecoin services, payouts, and card programmes, the following are treated as Restricted Jurisdictions. Endl will generally not onboard or service users who are:

• Resident, domiciled, incorporated, or
• Accessing the services from, or
• Sending funds to / receiving funds from, primarily in connection with

any of the jurisdictions listed below, except where expressly permitted by endl in writing and in full compliance with applicable laws.

1. Comprehensive Sanctions / Embargoed Countries

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Crimea region of Ukraine
• Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) region of Ukraine
• Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR) region of Ukraine

2. High-risk / Sanctions / Terrorism-linked Jurisdictions

You can either include this entire bucket, or keep them internal and only refer to them in policies. A conservative external list could be:
